Our role
We are an independent visa consultancy. We prepare and submit applications on your behalf. We are not affiliated with any embassy or government body, and we do not guarantee a visa outcome.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and authentic documents. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination and may result in legal consequences.
Fees & refunds
Our service fee covers consultation, documentation and filing labour. Embassy, biometric and courier fees are passed through at cost. Service fees are non-refundable once filing has commenced, but unused embassy fees are refundable.
Processing times
All timelines are indicative and depend on the issuing authority. We are not responsible for embassy delays.
Travel packages
Bookings are subject to supplier terms (airlines, hotels, transport). Cancellation penalties follow the supplier's policy plus our planning fee.
Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for visa refusals, missed flights resulting from delayed approvals, or supplier failures.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
